Client Experience Account Manager Job Information

Position: Client Experience Account Manager

Location: Irvine, CA, USA

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

pay: $25 to $28 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Acts as an Account director for assigned new and renew accounts.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains strong connections with clients.
• Listens diligently to client requirements and concerns and resolves issues to clients' satisfaction.
• Communicates effectively with other departments to ensure high-quality client service.
• Identifies the root cause of client dissatisfaction and recommends process changes.
• Assists with specialized inquiries and ensures a positive client experience.

Qualifications and Conditions:

• Experience in Account Management or a related field.
• Capability to make and maintain strong connections with clients.
• Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technical proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
