Position: Client Experience Account Manager
Location: Irvine, CA, USA
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
pay: $25 to $28 per hour
Essential Functions:
- Acts as an Account director for assigned new and renew accounts.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains strong connections with clients.
- Listens diligently to client requirements and concerns and resolves issues to clients' satisfaction.
- Communicates effectively with other departments to ensure high-quality client service.
- Identifies the root cause of client dissatisfaction and recommends process changes.
- Assists with specialized inquiries and ensures a positive client experience.
Qualifications and Conditions:
- Experience in Account Management or a related field.
- Capability to make and maintain strong connections with clients.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technical proficiency.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
