Position: Phone Deals Representative at Graduate Resource Network
Location: Capistrano Beach, CA, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17.50 to $20 per hour (plus commission)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with potential customers
- Educate customers on our services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain records of customer contact information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience using a CRM system
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
